Shipping within Australia will be sent via Australian Post through Australia Post. If possible, please provide an address where someone will be able to receive the item during business hours on weekdays. (ie: your work address). Orders placed before 8am Monday – Friday are generally sent on the next day. Orders received on weekends and public holidays will be processed the following business day.
Please note that the Express Post parcels are not covered by insurance and are not guaranteed the next day delivery in all areas, nor do they require signature on delivery. We take no responsibility with lost or stolen parcels when they have been delivered to the address given at checkout. Incorrect addresses or change of addresses are not able to be changed once the order has been placed.
Although all stock on our website is accurate as to what is available in our warehouse, occasionally there could be a website technically and the item you have ordered may not be available. We will contact you straight away to offer a replacement or refund.
Please note some countries may have taxes or import duty on items entering the country. We do not take responsibility for these charges and cannot estimate how much they might be.
