At Nancy King, if you don't love your full priced purchase we will refund you, minus shipping costs! This ONLY applies for full priced items. Refunds will not be allowed if your purchase included the use of a discount code (including our 10% off newsletter code) or credit note. These purchases will only be valid for an exchange or credit note. A refund will only be provided if your goods are faulty or damaged during shipping and cannot be repaired or replaced.
Please email info@nancyking within 5 days (strictly 5 days or an RA will not be issued) from the date of when the item has been received to receive an RA number.
If requesting a return, exchange or credit note, goods must be: In their original packaging with all tags intact. The item must returned within 7 days of receiving the item. The items must not have been worn, damaged or washed.
There is no exchange or refund on sale items.
Returned items are at the expense of the customer and must be returned via express post or another trackable method. Items that are exchanged may take up to 10 day to be delivered back to the customer..

We observe the right to deny refunds if the merchandise returned fails to meet our refund policy requirements which is in keeping with Fair Trading laws.
Shipping within Australia will be sent via Australian Express Post through Australia Post. If possible, please provide an address where someone will be able to receive the item during business hours on weekdays. (ie: your work address). Orders placed before 1pm Monday – Friday are generally sent on the next day. Orders received on weekends and public holidays will be processed the following business day.
Please note that the Express Post parcels are not covered by insurance and are not guaranteed the next day delivery in all areas, nor do they require signature on delivery. We take no responsibility with lost or stolen parcels when they have been delivered to the address given at checkout
If you require your item to be insured please emailand we can make alternative arrangements. If for any reason we are unable to dispatch your order we will notify you within 2 business days. Tracking on all orders are subject to availability. Although all stock on our website is accurate as to what is available in our warehouse, occasionally there could be a website technically and the item you have ordered may not be available. We will contact you straight away to offer a replacement or refund.
If you have entered an incorrect address, we are not obliged to resend orders to the correct address. Please note some countries may have taxes or import duty on items entering the country. We do not take responsibility for these charges and cannot estimate how much they might be.
We are unable to refund any orders that have been purchased on sale.
