At Nancy King, if you don't love your full priced purchase we will refund you, minus shipping costs! This ONLY applies for full priced items. Refunds will not be allowed if your purchase included the use of a discount code (including our 10% off newsletter code) or credit notes. These purchases will only be valid for an exchange or credit note. A refund will only be provided if your goods are faulty or damaged during shipping and cannot be repaired or replaced.
Please email info@nancyking within 5 days (strictly 5 days or an RA will not be issued) from the date of when the item has been received to confirm your return or exchange with Nancy King. You must provide us with a tracking number so we are able to track the return to ensure it is received back to us safely.
If requesting a return, exchange or credit note, goods must be: In their original packaging with all tags intact. The item must returned within 7 days of receiving the item. The items must not have been worn, damaged or washed. Items not received within this timeframe will not be accepted.
There is no exchange or refund on sale items.
Returned items are at the expense of the customer and must be returned via express post or another trackable method. Items that are exchanged may take up to 10 day to be delivered back to the customer..

Disptach date displayed in the product description is only an estimated date. Unforeseen circumstances can delay the dispatch of pre order items. However, if the item is delayed the date will not be changed on the description until it has arrived in stock to avoid confusion.
